Whether you’re just starting your career or looking to make a meaningful change, the company provides on-the-job training, mentorship and opportunities to grow

What began as a coffee company rooted in farm development has grown into one of Northwest Arkansas’s most recognizable brands. Airship Coffee didn’t follow the traditional playbook—it started at the source, building relationships with coffee growers, then developed its own supply chain, roasting operations and trail-connected cafés. Today, Airship is as much a part of Bentonville’s trail culture as the bikes and hikers who frequent its locations.
With continued expansion and a commitment to sustainability, Airship is creating meaningful careers in coffee—from baristas and café leads to roasters and retail managers.

Airship stands apart in the coffee industry by building its business from the ground up—literally. The company began with farm development and direct sourcing relationships, then expanded into importing, roasting and retail. Every step of the process is designed to deliver quality and integrity while supporting farmers, employees and guests alike.

Airship’s cafés are intentionally located along Bentonville’s bike and pedestrian trail network. Whether it’s the 5th Street café at the roastery, Airship at Kohler, the downtown location inside the Ledger, or the historic Pump House café, each spot encourages active transportation and community connection. Two more cafés are set to open soon at the Walmart Home Office campus, further expanding Airship’s presence.
