Peel Compton offers a range of full-time, part-time and seasonal opportunities.
The Peel Compton Foundation connects people to the natural, cultural and recreational assets that make Northwest Arkansas special. With four unique public spaces—Compton Gardens, the Peel Museum & Botanical Garden, Osage Park (including The Quiver archery range), and Coler Mountain Bike Preserve—the foundation offers free, year-round access to nature, education and wellness for the region’s growing population.
Each year, Peel Compton provides more than 500 public programs ranging from mountain biking and archery lessons to school-based heritage experiences. As the region grows, so does the organization’s reach—and the opportunity to be part of a team making a lasting impact.
Peel Compton’s mission is rooted in four pillars: nature, education, recreation and preservation. Through its programs and places, the foundation offers inclusive access to trails, gardens, heritage education and outdoor skill-building. The team plays a hands-on role in shaping how residents and visitors alike experience Northwest Arkansas.
One of its signature programs, School Days, brings more than 1,500 fourth-grade students to the Peel Museum each year to learn about life in the 1800s. Other popular offerings include youth mountain biking and archery programs, all held on properties designed for community engagement and exploration.
